Resepi Smoothie Buah Campuran

Bahan-Bahan:

- 5-6 peket kecil pemanis kalori rendah pal sweet
- 150 g dadih semulajadi tanpa lemak
- 375 ml air sejuk
- 1½ cawan ketulan ais
- 165 g buah naga
- 150 g Strawberi
- 165 g Mangga masak

Cara Menyediakan:

1. Kisar semua bahan hingga halus.

2. Tuang ke dalam gelas dan hidang.
